At 25, I was struggling with crippling anxiety, and right in the middle of it, I got fired from what I thought was my dream job.
I suddenly found myself unemployed with no idea what came next. It allowed me time to pause and ask the hard questions. Turns out, it was one of the best things to ever happen to me.
Asking the hard questions led me down a 10+ year journey of healing, self-discovery, and building a business around work I genuinely believe in as an SEO and AI marketing consultant, informed by 15 years in content writing, SEO, and marketing.
Along the way, I met some of the most incredible people in the health and wellness world.
Acupuncturists. Naturopaths. Dermatologists. Yoga teachers. Breathwork facilitators. Functional medicine practitioners. Nutritionists. People who had dedicated their lives to helping others heal.
The people I trusted most with my own healing were often found by word of mouth. Marketing was an afterthought.
The more practitioners I worked with, the more I realized they weren't lacking content. They were already answering amazing questions every day, in appointments, on podcasts, in Instagram videos, at workshops, and in newsletters.
The problem was that most of that knowledge disappeared almost as quickly as it was created.
The people searching for answers on Google or ChatGPT weren't finding the experts who actually had them.
Not because the expertise didn't exist. Because it wasn't discoverable.
That's the moment everything clicked for me. I realized my job wasn't to help health and wellness experts create more content.
