1. Overview

Mudra Marketing Group ("Mudra," "we," "us") operates mudramarketinggroup.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you provide directly, through forms on the site:

  • Apply form— name, email address, and optionally your practice or brand name, website, Instagram or YouTube handle, an estimate of your existing content library, the offering you're interested in, and any message you include.
  • Content Visibility Score tool — your email address, the niche or topic area you specify, and the video titles or captions you submit for scoring.
  • Other lead forms on the site — your name and email address.

Information collected automatically, through cookies described in Section 5, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated by our hosting provider, Vercel, as part of normal web traffic handling.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to applications and inquiries you submit
  • To generate the AI-powered report when you use the Content Visibility Score tool, and to email that report to you
  • To follow up by email about our services, based on forms you've submitted — you can opt out of these emails at any time
  • To maintain the security and proper functioning of the site, including detecting and blocking automated bot traffic

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We share information with a small number of service providers solely to operate the site and deliver the services you request from us:

  • Resend — sends the emails generated by our forms (application confirmations, lead notifications, and Content Visibility Score reports) and stores contact information for people who submit the Content Visibility Score tool.
  • OpenAI — processes the niche and video title/caption information you submit to the Content Visibility Score tool in order to generate your report. OpenAI does not receive your email address as part of this processing.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies that form submissions come from a real person rather than an automated bot, before certain forms are processed. Turnstile collects minimal technical signals (such as IP address and browser information) for this purpose only; it is not used to identify or track individuals. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
  • Vercel — hosts the website and processes standard server request logs as part of that hosting.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles information on our behalf.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, none for advertising:

  • A usage-limit cookie on the Content Visibility Score tool, which tracks how many free scores you've requested in a 24-hour window. It contains no personal information.
  • An authentication cookie on password-protected proposal pages, which remembers that you've entered the correct password. It contains no personal information.
  • If Cloudflare Turnstile is active on a form, it may set cookies strictly necessary for distinguishing human visitors from bots.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how some parts of the site function.

6. Data Retention

We retain information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you've requested, and maintain reasonable business records. You can request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10 and we'll respond promptly.

8. Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
